2 - Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or official holidays.

4 - If there is any issue with the order details or shipping address, we may contact the customer to confirm the information before shipping.

Delivery Time Within Saudi Arabia

1 - The expected delivery time within Saudi Arabia is 3 to 5 business days.

2 - Delivery time may vary depending on the city, region, or shipping company.

3 - Some remote areas may take longer than the expected delivery time.

4 - Official holidays and weekends are not counted within the delivery period.

Shipping Fees

1 - Standard shipping inside Saudi Arabia is 25 SAR.

2 - Free shipping is available for orders of 250 SAR or more.

3 - The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Address

1 - The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

2 - Please make sure to include your mobile number, city, district, street name, and any additional details that help the shipping company deliver the order.
